DO YOU KNOW, sorry, do you know Elneny?

DO YOU KNOW, sorry, do you know anything about Elneny? I am guessing not!

An imaginary conversation between two Arsenal fans, one of whom is a “LOUD TALKER”, who barely knows anything about Mohammed Elneny; yet, he claims that Arsenal shouldn’t have signed him. While the other believes that the Egyptian international could turn out to be a deciding factor in the close run in!

WENGER, YOU ARE FINALLY COMPETING AFTER 9 YEARS FOR A CHANCE TO WIN ONE OF THE LOWEST STANDARDS OF THE PREMIER LEAGUE. IT’S YOUR CHANCE TO SIGN A PROVED PLAYER THAT CAN ADD TO THE TEAM SO YOU CAN REALLY MAKE THE TITLE YOUR OBJECTIVE, AND YOU GOT ELNENY?!!

DO YOU KNOW, sorry, do you know anything about him? I am guessing not. Just watch him on YouTube and see his highlights, movements, and ways of positioning himself. This guy has all the skills that the gooners enjoy, quick feet, vision, pace etc… He also likes to shoot from distance, and that will add to their usual stubbornness to want to pass the ball into the net. He is EXACTLY, sorry exactly what Arsenal needs. He is naturally strong and has a decent height for the 2 roles he will play. Great vision of somebody that will provide assists from deeper infield as well as a devastating shot, terrific defensively.

REMEMBER, sorry, remember when Arsene signed Koscielny and Monreal, no one quite knew them even Giroud, who was not that famous either, but they have proved to be very good signings for very small fees in the current market. Wenger doesn’t give a hoot about what fans say and want he buys if he thinks it’s worth it. Looks like Wenger knows his potential than all of us if not he wouldn’t even bother buying especially in January.

WHERE’S THE PROBLEM WITH SPENDING MILLIONS SURPLUS ON SOME ATUAL PROVEN QUALITY?

DO YOU KNOW, sorry, do you know £5m is equivalent to spending £500,000 these days. It’s absolute bargain for an international player especially when the owning club is selling to an English club, which should automatically increase his price drastically. when will Arsenal fans understand that just because a player is not worth £50 million or more, does not mean he is not quality. Time and time again we’ve seen players being bought for a ridiculous amount of money but do not cut it in the English premier league. Players are way overpriced and overvalued. Arsenal paid £42 million for Ozil and £35 million for Sanchez and it is only having splashed out that kind of money that they finally won a trophy (the FA Cup). I could provide countless examples but i will save my fingers but it is simple economics.

Another average player who will take two seasons to get used to EPL.

DO YOU KNOW, sorry, do you know there is a huge difference between playing in the Swiss league and playing in the Premier League, and although he could prove to be a very shrewd buy it may well take him some time to adjust to the gap between the two leagues. Yet some Arsenal fans are acting as if, a player they probably never heard of until this month, is going to be a huge hit from day 1.

IS THAT SALAH? HE WILL FLOP JUST LIKE SALAH DID.

DO YOU KNOW, sorry, do you know he won’t because firstly, Wenger will play him. He didn’t buy this player to prevent another team getting him, like Chelsea did to Liverpool in Salah’s case.

WHO?

DO YOU KNOW, sorry, do you know how many Arsenal signings over the years they have said that about who went on to be great players? No, didn’t think so. He knows what people think of him if you listen to his interview. He says something like he knows that Arsenal fans haven’t seen much of him but he will prove what he can do; that’s an incredible thing to say. Good luck to him he may not be 50 million but if he has an attitude like that he’ll do great.

WAIT, WAS HE BEING SERIOUS OR WAS HE JOKING ABOUT WINNING THE CHAMPIONS LEAUGE, PRIMIER LEAUGE AND FA CUP?

I FEEL, sorry, I feel for him possibly he doesn’t know the history of his new club that they have never won the Champions League and have taken decades without winning the league, maybe he should be shown around and check out the trophy cabinet to see how dusty the Champions League and English primer league shelves are.  Yes, he supposed to say “I’ve joined them to win nothing”.

Who knows he can turn out to be one of those top bargain signings? Welcome to Emirates, Mo elneny!
