Who is the person behind the chemical equations of the story?

By this deep monologue, Walter White, er, Heisenberg explained to his brother-in-law

“I have spent my whole life scared, frightened of things that could happen, might happen, might not happen, 50 years I spent like that. Finding myself awake at three in the morning. But you know what? Ever since my diagnosis, I sleep just fine. What I came to realize is that fear, that’s the worst of it. That’s the real enemy. So, get up, get out in the real world and you kick that bastard as hard you can right in the teeth.”
By this deep monologue, Walter White, er, Heisenberg explained to his brother-in-law, Hank how he changed after his diagnoses with terminal lung cancer. You can not be more inspired by this dark tone through his expected two years left for Walt.
At first Walter seemed to have a nice character, non-assertive, timid chemistry high school teacher with small family, but later with his cancer in his 50 birthday, his mind flipped downsides internally turning to a criminal legend and the most fatal drug or meth dealer in the Western America. His mind became obsessed with his end, crushing all the rules of morality in the name of saving the financial status for his family when he will leave.
His grief of his former company of Gray Matter, who sold his part lower than his actual percentage for only 5 thousand bucks and his grief of his fate with cancer, led him to lose all the possible cards of the stimuli game.
Firstly, Walt went with Hank the DEA agent to catch a drug dealer in a crime scene then Walt noticed his former student “Jesse Pinkman” escaping. By the end of the day, both together dealt in making methamphetamine then bought a RV like a portable meth lab far away from the scenes. In a manner in Walt manufacturing the meth which the crystals are pure with 99.1% and Jesse dealt with the distribution of it.
Then the crystals went far to his competitors in Mexico, leading him to be the chief in meth manufacturing with Gus Fring, the man who works as a coporation and the chief distributor. But after a while Gus wanted Walt out of his business due to killing two of his distributors and the killing of Walter’s ex super lab assistant by Jesse in order not to kill both and a way to grant their lives( Walt and Jesse).
Before Gale Boetticher’s death, he tried to learn the meth cook from Walt, by order from Fring. But by his death, the police suspected Gus as the last visitor of him. From here, the police especially Hank, put Gus under their eyes. But what gives the the clue?, that Gus went to his enemy of Don Hector Salamanca with Walt’s rage with a bomb.
So, the Gus circle ends its final point. What left Gus legacy is Mike Ehrmantraut, the ex right hand of him!. Though this, Walt continued cooking with Mike and Jesse. Until one day Skylar, Walt’s wife convinced him to stop cooking as they have more than enough money from their car wash company. So, he quited.
By a pure coincidence, a family time with Hank. Hank discovered from a book’s signature from Gale to White, that Walter White is Heisenberg. The dots began to connect with each other, as Hank suffered from the “ detective curse” blinded him from seeing his feet and looking to the other side of the street of knowledge.
Then what happened After that?

The questions are:
1) What is the name of the series?
2) Who is the person behind the chemical equations of the story?
3) Tell in summary lines what happened after Hank knew Heisenberg?
